I have owned my 1961 BMW R60 since 1974. I rode it across the country and at times it was my sole motor vehicle. I have great admiration for this classic design of air cooled head and shaft drive. BMW continued this design from 1923 until 1994 when the oil head engine replaced it. As a tribute to this great machine I have gone through all our 2006 photographs and picked out all airhead BMW phtographs. This was about 1700 photos. All photos were included on the CD version. They were sorted by the events the photos were taken at with some text information and 3 photos about each event. The DVD version was reduced to 1400 photos to make it fit on a 90 minute DVD.

If you like Airhead BMWs you will enjoy the CD or DVD of these great machines. The photos include many antique models and the 250cc singles besides the opposed twin models of the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s. Sometimes there is a single photo of bike and rider and other times serveral photos of a parked bike sometines with lots of detail. The CD has all the photos in 1280x960 JPEG format you can view on your computer and print out if you wish. The DVD is a slideshow with background music and transition effects between slides which you can view with your DVD player ad TV.
