This show is officially known as Riding into History. This was the 8th year of this famous event held each year at the World Golf Village St Augustine, Florida. There are several activities that are part of this fund raising event for breast cancer. The one we focus on is the Concours d'Elegance held around the tree lined walkway of the World Golf Village lake. This is a beatiful setting to hold a show. The show costs $10 to attend and is open from 10am to 4pm. But getting there early is fine and that way you can watch the display bikes arrive.

The featured bikes were the sexy bikes from Italy. And there were plenty of them but there were plenty of bikes from just about everywhere you would expect. We tried to systematically photograph all the bikes on display and we got all but a few. The Atlantic Beach Vintage Motorcycle Club and BMW Owners of Northeast Florida did a great job of managing the show.

The CD is like a big folder of files. You put the CD in your computer and bring up the CD and click the first photo to view it and then your software should allow you to move forward and back and display it as a slide show. You will be able to see lots of detail and do close ups. If you want to see lots of details you would want the CD. Most cycles are shown with 5 views but sometimes fewer views or just a single shot of a bike and rider. The CD has 1900 photos on it in 1280x960 jpeg files.

The DVD has the photos presented as a slideshow movie with background music and transition effects between the photos. If you want to just set back and enjoy 90 minutes of the motorcycles and show grounds then you want the DVD. They are organized the same so it is not hard to go back and forth between CD and DVD if you have them both. The DVD has around 1500 photos which is slightly less than the CD because of space limitations.
