Laconia Motorcycle Week is the oldest of the national week long
rallies and is in its 84th year in 2007. Some of major events during
the week include the Gunstock Hillclimb, the Loudon Classic Road
Race at the NH International Speedway and of course a ride on
the motorcycle only street at Weirs Beach. On any day during
the week Weirs Beach will be packed with parked bikes and
have a constant stream of every kind of motorcycle passing by.
I rode my 1961 BMW R60 over on the last day (Sunday June 17).
I arrived early before many bikes were parked but after a few
hours the place was packed as usual. The weather was nice and
it was not hard to take 1100 photos by afternoon.
There are about 1150 photos of this event. At this time the photos in
1280x960 jpg format are available on a CD for $10. CD 07_08
